Driveller General Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the procedures implemented by J&O Business Cars SPRL, a company registered at the following address: Brusselbaan 32 - 1600 Sint Pieters Leeuw, Belgium. Driveller enables its Users to book travel services through its online platform, in collaboration with other online platforms and mobile applications ("Applications"). The Driveller service involves organizing transportation rights for a user with respect to a transportation service provider as an intermediary, as well as providing trips through our fleet.

Service Types

The services include one-way transfers (from a specific starting point to a specific destination or from a specific starting point without a defined destination), city-to-city travel bookings (with a stop between cities), and hourly bookings (providing a vehicle with a driver for a specific period).

Registration on the Platform

We understand that travel plans can change, which is why we have an industry-leading cancellation policy.

Unless stated otherwise before finalizing a reservation, the User has the right to cancel a Transport Service and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the confirmed departure time. Some bookings may have different cancellation deadlines with the right to a refund, or may be non-refundable. Cancellation can be done in the User's account or by email to Driveller. Other cancellation methods, including phone cancellations, are not acceptable. In the event mentioned above where the User does not use the transport service and is not entitled to a refund if the transport service was to be paid in cash, the User must pay the full fee for the reserved transport service immediately after a payment request made by Driveller on behalf of the Driver.

Passenger Cancellation: If the Driver does not arrive at the agreed location within 30 minutes of the agreed time, the Passenger must call Driveller to report the delay. If Driveller does not arrange the driver or alternative transportation within an additional 30 minutes after such a call, the passenger can cancel the transport service by calling Driveller and informing them of the cancellation. In this case, the Driver will refund the User the full price paid for the canceled Transport Service within 14 days of the cancellation. This is the sole remedy available to the User and the Passenger in case of non-performance by the Driver of the Transport Service.

Prohibited Use and Access

You are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform or its Content (as defined below) for illegal, obscene, or immoral purposes or for any purpose that may hold you or others liable, including, but not limited to:
