Innovative company dedicated to offering private door-to-door transportation solutions. We strive to make users' journeys as enjoyable, convenient and personalized as possible. Our diverse range of vehicle packages aims to meet the specific needs of each customer, providing unrivalled flexibility in choosing their travel experience. Users can book and order transportation services through our www.Driveller.com platform or customer app. Our services are provided by an in- house fleet, as well as licensed independent drivers, all of whom are subject to our policy.'

Services:

Travel with stop between cities : Turn an ordinary day into an extraordinary experience by visiting multiple cities during your commute. Explore new places and move from a negative day to a positive one.

Travel Directly to the Destination: Opt for a direct route to your destination without intermediate stops, offering speed and efficiency.

Book your Trip by Hour: This service allows the user to have a driver for a set period of time, thus providing full flexibility for the duration of their choice.

Booking Process:

Users must register on the platform by providing accurate and up-to-date information before they can book their rides. Once registered and logged into the online platform or mobile app, users can select the type of service they want (single trip, trip with stops, trip per hour) and fill in their trip details, including departure location, destination, schedules, etc. After confirming their booking details, users can proceed with payment to finalise their booking.

Payment Methods:

We accept multiple payment methods to facilitate bookings, including credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and cash Payments are secured and processed in accordance with current data security standards to ensure that users' financial information is protected. Users can choose their preferred payment method during the booking process and are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Cancellation Policy

Right of cancellation:

Users have the right to cancel a confirmed reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. After this period, no refund will be made.

Cancellation Procedure:

Cancellations can be made by e-mail to the following address : info@driveller.com or via their customer account on the Driveller website.

Acceptable means of cancellation:

Cancellations must be made in accordance with the methods indicated above. Cancellations by phone or other means will not be accepted.

Non-Use of the Service:

If a user does not use the service for which they paid, no refund will be issued.

Passenger Cancellation and Refund Policy

Right of Cancellation by the Passenger:

If the driver does not arrive at the agreed location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, and Driveller does not make arrangements to find alternative transportation for the passenger within 30 minutes of notification of the delay, the passenger will receive a refund.

Notification of Delay:

In the event that the driver does not show up on time, the passenger is required to call Driveller to notify the delay.

Refund Policy:

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.

Refund Request Procedure:

The passenger can request a refund by contacting Driveller by email at info@driveller.com or by using the contact form on the Driveller website.

Exceptions :

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Driveller's control may not result in a refund.

Driver Cancellation & Payment Procedure

Obligation to Be at the Pick-up Location:

Passengers are required to be present at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time for departure.

Waiting time:

The waiting time for pickups from hotels and train stations is 20 minutes, while at the airport, the waiting time is 60 minutes after the flight lands.

Terms of Payment:

If the transportation service is to be paid for in cash, the user must pay the full fee for the booked service immediately after a request for payment made by the driver. Alternatively, a payment link can be sent to the passenger to make the online payment.

Consequences of Non-Payment:

In case of immediate non-payment of the service fee, the driver reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refuse the transportation service. Cancellation of the Booking: If a passenger fails to show up at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time, the driver reserves the right to cancel the booking after the specified waiting time..

Driveller takes steps to ensure that all affiliated drivers uphold the high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and responsible driving.

Users' Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking their rides, including itinerary details, schedules, etc. Users must comply with Driveller's terms and conditions as well as all applicable local laws and regulations during their ride. Users are expected to respect drivers and treat vehicles with care during their journey.

Common Responsibilities:

Both parties are committed to communicating clearly and effectively in the event of any questions, concerns, or problems encountered during the ride. Driveller and users undertake to resolve any dispute or dispute fairly and amicably, promoting a prompt and satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.

Intellectual property:

Driveller's Contents:

All content presented on the Driveller Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, sounds, and icons, is the exclusive property of Driveller or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit or exploit in any way the content of Driveller without prior written permission from Driveller.

User Generated Content:

By submitting user-generated content to the Driveller Platform, including but not limited to comments, reviews, photos, videos, etc., users grant Driveller a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content as part of the Driveller Services.

Trademarks:

The trademarks, logos and product names displayed on the Driveller Platform are the exclusive property of Driveller or its licensors. No use of these trademarks, logos, or product names is permitted without the prior written permission of Driveller or the applicable trademark owner.

Copyright:

All copyrights in Driveller Content and any User Generated Content belong to Driveller or their respective owners. Any copyright infringement will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable laws.

Driveller collects personal data from users, such as identification information, contact information, payment information, etc., only in connection with the provision of its transportation services and in accordance with Driveller's Privacy Policy. Driveller does not warrant that the Services will be free from errors, interruptions, defects, or delays, or that the results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate, reliable, or satisfactory.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Driveller be liable to users or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury. In no event shall Driveller's total liability to Users for any damages, losses, or causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, exceed the total amount paid by User to Driveller for the Services during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Indemnisation:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Driveller, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to Users' use of the Services, their violation of these terms and conditions, or their violation of any rights of any third party.

Baggage:

Passengers are required to declare any baggage when booking. Additional charges may apply depending on weight, size or number of bags.

Pets:

Pets must also be declared at the time of booking. Additional fees may be charged for transporting animals, and some restrictions may apply depending on the size or type of animal.

Transporting children:

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the journey. Parents are required to provide appropriate restraint systems to ensure the safety of children during transport. Any request for a specific seat for children must be made at the time of booking to ensure the availability and safety of children during the journey.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. By accepting these terms and conditions, users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts for any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the use of the services.

Injunctions:

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall prevent Driveller from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the competent Belgian courts to protect its intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other rights protected by law.

Use of the Services for Other Purposes:

Declaration to the Authorities:

Any reservation made for purposes other than the carriage of persons must be declared to the competent authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, the transportation of sensitive goods, merchandise or materials. Driveller reserves the right to fully cooperate with the authorities and to provide all required information in the event of a booking being used for purposes other than the transport of persons.

Responsibility of the User:

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when booking, and not to use Driveller's services for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Driveller is not responsible for any misuse or inappropriate use of its services by users.
